As the Assistant Permissions Coordinator Amanda is responsible for determining the copyright status of the resources used in Saylor’s courses. Working with our Senior Permissions Coordinator, she reaches out to copyright holders to procure the rights to host this material on the Foundation’s website. Amanda is also working with professors to develop an openly licensed video lectures series that will be available to anyone online and used in Saylor’s many courses.

Raised in South Florida, Amanda moved to D.C in 2009 and is working towards a B.A. from George Washington University in Political Science and International Relations with a minor in Russian. When she’s not working at Saylor or writing papers she spends her time playing video games, reading, and missing the beautiful South Florida beaches.
