Camie Rodan

Community & External Affairs Manager
Email: camie.rodan@saylor.org

Camie came to the Saylor Foundation in August 2011 after graduating from the George Washington School of Business with an M.B.A. focused in marketing and non-profit management.  Her role includes managing Saylor.org’s public image through communications, the Saylor.org blog, and social media platforms, as well as developing all new marketing pieces for the organization.

Camie has worked in a marketing capacity for over 6 years, including 3 years as the marketing contact at a museum design firm and 3 years of various marketing duties in a corporate environment. She moved to the Washington D.C. in 2004 upon graduation from Vanderbilt University, where she received a B.A. in Art History and French Studies. Camie grew up in Canton, Ohio, but, ironically, detests football.

To the dismay of her husband, Camie has no “off” switch. So, when she’s not busy at work writing, tweeting, designing marketing deliverables, or geeking out over the latest social media tools, you might find her jogging through Rock Creek Park, competing with her horses throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, exploring DC with her pups and husband in tow, or navigating through DC traffic atop her trusty bicycle.
