Located in Niamey, capital city of Niger, Tourism and Local Development (TOLD), is an NGO authorized to operate throughout the territory of Niger. Its goal is to work for economic and social development by revitalizing the tourism sector.

Its mission is to participate in the fight against poverty by creating jobs and income-generating activities for the populations, in order to help reduce unemployment, youth migration and consolidate social stability.

Some of its initiatives include training for women and youth, support of local artisans in preservation of Nigerien heritage, and support and development of the gastronomic sector of Niger.

TOLD works in the following areas:
