Recruiting Coordinators
Casey Holmes
Email: casey.holmes@saylor.org
Casey joined the Saylor team as a recruiting coordinator in June of 2012 and works on recruiting professors to develop new course content and review existing materials. A Maryland native (who doesn’t eat crabs), Casey graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in May 2011 with a B.A. in International Studies and minors in Biology and French. After a year of living in the D.C. metro area, she missed the southern weather and hospitality so much that she decided she had to move back to North Carolina. In the future, she plans to earn a Master’s degree in teaching so that she can teach high school history. When she’s not working, Casey spends her free time playing soccer, taking pictures of her border collie, running half marathons, and indulging her sweet tooth.
Alyssa Lichtenberger
Email: alyssa.lichtenberger@saylor.org
Alyssa started at Saylor as a Research Assistant and now works as a Recruiting Coordinator to ensure our courses are created, reviewed and altered by the most qualified professors from across the world.
Originally from California, she moved to D.C. to study at Georgetown University where she received a Bachelors Degree in Government. She is currently a fellowship recipient of the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange for Young Professionals program and is currently living in Germany. When she’s not studying German she can be found enjoying a Fußball game, the local cuisine or a good book.
Christina Aimone
Email: christina.aimone@saylor.org
Christina began working for Saylor in August of 2012 as a Recruiting Coordinator, recruiting professors from around the world to develop new courses and to review and augment our existing courses.
Graduating earlier in the year from Portland State University, she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in History and still loves to read history text books on Medieval and Early Modern Europe. Her desire to return to college as a young working adult eventually led to her interest in working for Saylor, as she believed in the foundation’s mission of free high-quality education for all.
A southern Florida native, Christina has lived half of her life in Key West and the other half on the opposite side of the country in Oregon. However, she has recently made her way back to the east coast, and currently resides in Canada, eh. A newlywed, Christina loves spending her time doing amateur photography, playing video games, cooking delicious Cuban food from old family recipes, and spending time with her husband.
