This Thursday, our own Amanda Antico-Majkowski will be in Las Vegas at the 2014 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) as part of a TransformingEDU Summit panel on the future of education.

For the panel on “The Next Edition of Digital Textbooks and Courseware”, moderated by Casey Green of Campus Computing, Amanda will be joined by leaders from Courseload, McGraw-Hill, Rice University, and Kaltura.

The panel is just one of several that mark the summit as a premier forum for hashing out trends in education, and one of the best-kept secrets of the Consumer Electronics Show. To get a taste of what you’ll be missing if you can’t be in Las Vegas (or just can’t stay away from the CES Show Floor), see the video archive for panels and keynotes from 2011-2013, and check back later on to hear what Amanda has to say this year!

Also on the agenda: the next generation campus, the future of college as we know it, the Maker revolution, the death of laptops foretold, big data, EdTech, the truly individualized curriculum, and lifelong learning.
