Some of you have wondered where the form on our Contact page went. The short version: it broke. We then switched over to the new flavor of the site, where the form remained broken (it’s on our list).
Always fans of turning a problem into an opportunity, making lemonade from lemons, and making coffee from whatever scraps of organic material we can find if no one has done the shopping, we have decided to launch a simple feedback tab — you will find it on the left of our website pages.
It looks just like this:
And to minimize annoyance, it will only show up if your window is 1070 pixels or wider — large enough for breathing room on nearly all of our pages (and yes…that means that mobile is out of the picture until some sweet, sweet, responsive CSS falls out of the sky and into our WordPress).
Naturally, you are still welcome to email us. Or call. Or tweet, comment, message, post to our wall/stream/forums, or send us a postcard. With this tab, though, you won’t have to leave the page to be in touch.
Tell us what you think. We do understand that this is NOT the greatest thing since sliced bread. But it might be the greatest thing since broken contact forms — and, we hope, convenient for everyone.
