A while ago now, we said farewell to our regular page of frequently asked questions (“FAQ”), which now redirects to our Help Center.

It’s easier to search and easier for us to include lots of rich content (images, especially), without overcrowding an FAQ page. We have added a bunch of new information about courses, exams, transcripts, college credit, etc. — so the next time you have a question that you think we must hear a lot, head over the the Help Center and have a look around.

And if we are missing something that ought to be there (like, say, the answer to your question), let us know so we can add it in!

What you can do in the help center:

  1. Search for information from within the help center (pro tip: fewer words get you better results, so searching for transcript will get you better information than how can i find my transcript)
  2. Search for information from your favorite search engine (try saylor download transcript and see what turns up)
  3. Use the “submit a request” link to send us an email with our question, comment, etc.

That’s all we wanted to say — not the most exciting blog post ever, to be sure, but clean, concise, and useful, we hope. Let us know what you’d like to see from us in the help center or anywhere else, and we’ll do what we can to oblige.
