City Vision launched a four-year bachelor’s degree in Business for $5,000 (in total) targeting developing countries in partnership with Saylor Academy (http://web.cityvision.edu/saylor-qualifi/) and is developing a similar Computer Science degree. He developed a MOOC on Disruptive Innovation in Higher Education.

Andrew is the co-founder of the Christian Higher Education Innovation Alliance (www.cheia.org) which is a faith-based innovation sharing network with goals similar to the University Innovation Alliance. He also has developed GC4, the Global Christian College Credit Consortium (www.globalchristiancollege.org) which is partnered with Qualifi to provide unbundled UK accredited pathways. He has spent the past 18 years living and working among the poor and is the founder of the parachurch ministry TechMission (the parent organization of City Vision). He attended graduate school at MIT where he co-founded MIT’s Internet Telephony Consortium with one of the fathers of the Internet. He has consulted to many Internet startups and helped Sprint launch their first voice over IP product.
