Galilee College is a private tertiary institution located in Nassau, Bahamas. Founded in 1984 by Dr. Willis L. Johnson, Ph.D., D.Min., CPA, the institution provides quality tuition to students matriculating degree programs in Accounting, Banking, Business, Economics and Finance. The institution boasts of its ABCpa Program that has been designed to assist students in processing through the Associate of Arts Degree and the Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, onward to success on the Uniform Certified Public Accountant examination. For the past 35 years Galilee College has been training students to become professionals who are poised to soar with excellence. Galilee College shares partnerships with leading tertiary institutions in the Caribbean, Canada and the United States for the seamless transfer of credits and opportunities to Study Abroad.
Registered with the Bahamas Ministry of Education in 1986, Galilee College is recognized and approved by the National Accreditation and Equivalency Council of the Bahamas. It is the goal of the institution to ensure that all of its students have life-long learning opportunities to develop their knowledge, skills, capacity and values. The mission is fulfilled via the delivery of college level technical education, college/university transfer education, general education, developmental education, continuing education and workforce training. Galilee employs a broad range of instructional methods, facilities, support services and access options inclusive of face to face and virtual learning models.
